Enzo Fernandez, a target for Liverpool, has reportedly agreed to a move to Chelsea
Enzo Fernandez, the 21-year-old midfielder, who recently won the Young Player of the Tournament award at the World Cup and played a crucial role in Argentina’s victory in Qatar.
Is being pursued by Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool. While he joined Benfica last summer, it is rumored that he has already agreed to a move to Chelsea.
The London club is now working towards securing a deal with Benfica, who have stated that a club must pay the €120m release clause in Fernandez’s contract in order to acquire him.
Chelsea is reportedly willing to pay a large fee rather than trigger the clause, while Liverpool and Manchester United have not yet made any offers for the Argentinian.
