Anthony Gordon joins Newcastle United from Everton
Newcastle has signed Everton’s Anthony Gordon on a long-term deal for an undisclosed fee, estimated to be £40m with £5m add-ons.
Gordon stated his excitement to join Newcastle, describing the club as heading in the right direction and the city and fan base suiting his personality.
Newcastle’s manager, Eddie Howe, expressed delight in acquiring a top talent like Gordon and looks forward to developing him.
Gordon joined Everton’s academy at 11 and made 78 senior appearances with 7 goals scored.
